Can I receive CDT credits for taking the courses?
Yes. Each course is approved for CDT credit.
How do I submit my CDT credits?
Upon successful completion of your course (85% on final exam) email PTC your CDT number at support@ptcdental.com. PTC will submit the paperwork for your CDT credits.
How long do I have access to the course?
Each course is accessible for 30 days from the date of purchase.
Does the course content get saved and downloaded to my computer?
No, the course content is displayed in your web browser, and is never saved to your computer.
Can I go through the course more than once?
You can review each individual section as many times as you wish. However, once you have passed a section and moved on to the next, you cannot go back.
What are the system requirements for the course?
The system requires a modern browser with Flash. It has not been tested on browsers going back farther than Explorer 7, Safari 3 and Firefox 3. Click here to upgrade your broswer to the latest version of Adobe Flash.
